Returns & Exchanges
There are no cost of exchanging item and for us to shipping exchange item back to you, however, the cost of shipping back to us, you will need to pay and send the receipt for us via email, then we can return it to you in form of credit in your MANATA account.Keep Shopping at Manata
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. If you selected PayPal when you placed your order, any applicable taxes and duties on your exchange should be paid with your debit or credit card.
To exchange an item, request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through your MANATA account, and specify the new size you require. For exchanges outside ASEAN, you will be prompted to tick a box on the ‘REVIEW & CONFIRM’ page. You will see a breakdown of cost and this authorizes MANATA to deduct the total taxes and duties from the original card used to place your order.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

The Service is available through Facebook’s “Facebook Connect” service. Upon termination of this Agreement or your access to the Service for any reason or no reason, you will continue to be bound by the terms of this Agreement which, by their nature, should survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Manata Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Manata shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.
For the purposes of this Agreement, “Intellectual Property Rights” means all patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark, trade dress and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights as may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications.
Manata takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other User or third party posts or sends over the Service. You shall be solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it, and you agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your User Content. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose, and you agree that Manata shall not be liable for any damages you incur or allege to incur as a result of User Content.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the features of the Service. Manata reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Service and the Manata Content. Manata may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
Except for your User Content, the Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and User Content (the ” Manata Content”), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Manata and its licensors. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services (as that term is defined in our Terms and conditions of Use). If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us or on the Services.
